Automotive Personnel also offers our "Job Preperation Program." This is a unique program designed to assist you with first gaining an interview with a prospective employer, and secondly improving your chances of obtaining a new, exciting and highly paid job.

This program has five parts:
1. Resume MODIFICATION – we will amend your resume where necessary to present you in the best possible manner.

2. COMPUTER Skills Test – we will invite you to complete a computer skills test.  This test will be conducted at our office and the results will be presented to you.

3. Psychometric Test – we will ask you to complete a psychometric test on line with the detailed results presented to you in our interview package.

4. Consultant discussion – one of our experienced consultants will discuss with you in person interview techniques and tips to improve your chances of finding your next job.

5. Interview Package – we will present all of the above in a bound professionally presented package that you can offer to prospective employers at the time of the interview.
